Refund policy

You have 14 days after delivery to request a return.

To start a return, simply fill out our online contact form. If approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to ship your package.

Eligibility for Refund or Return

• Jewellery must be unused with original packaging.

• No returns/exchanges on special orders or sale items.

• Gift returns are exchange only (receipt required).

• Shipping costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility.

• Damaged goods must be reported immediately once your receive your order.

• 14-day limit: No refunds after 14 days of delivery.

• Refunds: Issued to original payment within 15 days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
